The Tom Bihn Daylight Briefcase
I’ve always been excited about bags, backpacks, briefcases, etc. There’s something about the way you store your every day essentials and the way your personal inventory evolves over time that really excites me. I’ve owned this briefcase bag for about 4 years now and it’s still getting daily use. I find myself grabbing it when I want to pack light and can go without my laptop. After my recent iPad Pro purchase, this is the bag that I’ve been taking with me to the morning coffee shop work sessions and it’s been a joy to carry.

When I first read about Tom Bihn bags from the Tools & Toys website blog, I was enamored by the minimal styling and the bold colorways offered. I then found out that the brand is takes a made-by-hand approach and uses durable materials that justifies the above average costs for a simple bag.
My favorite feature of the bag, besides the amazing burnt orange color, are all of the pockets and compartments that it has to store different things. It can even fit a laptop up to 13". All of the Tom Bihn bags have form and functionality built into the design.
The numerous built in o-rings allow for easy attachments to hold keys, carabiners, or others things you want to find quickly when digging in your bag. I recently added the Tom Bihn Whalebone accessory pouch that organizes my pens and small notebooks.

This is an awesome bag and I can’t wait to continue expanding my Tom Bihn collection. I also own the Tom Bihn Synapse 25, the larger backpack that they carry. I will try to do a short review on that item soon.
